Dr. Epp nurtures the therapeutic alliance where clients have a safe place to develop and attain treatment goals. She supports clients in developing strategies for clarifying needs and unwanted patterns, identifying strengths, setting goals, managing boundaries, and engaging in desired patterns. She uses an evidence-based, culturally responsive, and attachment-based approach. Depending upon therapeutic needs and goals, Dr. Epp chooses from different therapeutic approaches to individualize treatment: Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET), or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Kelli follows a client-centered therapeutic approach to meet the needs of each individual, couple, or family she works with. She holds certifications as a grief specialist (CGS) as well as a trauma professional (CTP). Kelli enjoys working with clients of all ages and has a passion for working with military families. An empathetic and compassionate experience is the goal for every individual, couple or family she works with.
